START: Ready stance: Right L stance, middle forearm guarding block.
- Right front snap kick middle section, followed by left, right and then left again
- Backward direction: right low section side pressing kick directly to the right, stepping back to right L stance then left side pressing kick directly to the left, stepping back to left L stance, then right side pressing kick directly to the left.
- Then in a backward direction kick left front snap kick to the front and place behind into left L stance, repeat off the lead with the right and then the left, the right again.
- Travelling forwards off of the left leg side pressing kick to the front, land down in front then repeat with the right and then the left, the right again, land down in the right L stance forearm guarding.
