- Hand and Kicking Power against a Bag/Board
- Combinations up and down the floor.
- Free Sparring – 2 against 1 included
- One Step Sparring
- A good level of fitness.

- 29
- Can you tell me anything about Hwa rang?
- Hwa-Rang is named after the Hwa-Rang youth group which originated in the Silla Dynasty in the early 7th Century. The 29 movements refer to the 29th Infantry Division, where Tae Kwon Do developed into maturity.
- What does Red Belt signify?
- Warns the Opponent to stay away.
- Demonstrate how many new moves they know?
