These session run from 9.30am to 11am and are open to red belts and above. They are priced at £5 per session. (Payable on the day)

• Sunday 25th September 2016 at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester
• Sunday 30th October 2016 at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester
• Sunday 20th November 2016 at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester
• Sunday 18th December 2016 at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester

Although these are additional lessons,  they do not replace the regional training that happen on the following days

• Sunday 14th August 2016 at the Eastwood Taekwon-Do Academy in Nottingham
• Sunday 11th September 2016 at the Eastwood Taekwon-Do Academy  in Nottingham
• Sunday 16th October 2016 at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester
• Sunday 6th November 2016 at the Eastwood Taekwon-Do Academy  in Nottingham
• Sunday 11th December at the Leicester Taekwon-Do Academy in Leicester
