On Sunday 11th October Janusz Jankowski Travelled to the Eastwood Taekwon-Do Academy in Nottingham to undertake his 1st degree grading under the watchful eye of Master Wood VIII Dan and his instructor Mr Nicholas Overton V Dan.

During the grading he was asked to perform all the patterns he knew; 1 step, 2 step and 3 step sparring. He performed the UKITF Kicking drills and self defence drills and then finished off a magnificent performance with some very nice breaks.

It gives me great pleasure to announce that he was successful and he is now a 1st Degree ITF Black Belt

UK ITF™ Region 5 Technical is to commence at 11:00 till 12:30 & is open to all UKITF members 4th Kup and above. Squad is to commence at 12:30 till 14:00 & is open to all grades.

Region 5 Training

In line with UK ITF procedures we have scheduled Region 5 training session. This will be over seen by your regional representation. Any UK ITF student wishing to promote or who is considering international tournaments should attend both Technical and Squad Sessions. Please make sure you keep written evidence of your attendance in order to support your promotion or international tournaments. you can obtain an attendance card from your instructor or via this website. You are also required to have a current UK ITF membership.

We are very excited to announce Region 5 fourth Seminar to be held by Grandmaster Nicholls IX Dan, Executive Director of our Association UKITF and Vice President of the ITF as well as one of the most successful ITF Instructors in the World.

Grandmaster Nicholls IX Dan has hosted a multitude of seminars all over the world. We are very fortunate to have this opportunity again and we need to make this a fanatic event. If you would like to gain more knowledge of your practice and enjoy the experience of training with a Grandmaster of ITF Taekwon do.
